Make A Change
One to One

If you’re setting out to make a change of any kind to your life, whether it be something external like your health and fitness or something internal like becoming more assertive, our Make A Change program can keep you focussed, committed and motivated to complete your goal.

This One to One service includes 4, 8 or 12 weekly video sessions with Rob lasting 20 minutes each where you will get help to review the previous week and plan for the next week with how you will overcome any obstacles that may have held you back the week before. You will also get access to support emails from Rob with a 24 hour response time.

By the end of your chosen length of programme you will:-

– Have made progress towards your goal or reached it.
– Have become aware of your barriers when trying to make a change and what can be done to overcome them.
– Develop a strategy for making further changes in the future.
– Feel more empowered in other areas of your life due to achievements in this programme.

Sessions take place over video call and will be booked on a regular basis via email once payment has been received.

These sessions are for those who already have a specific goal and plan in mind. Non specific goals would be better supported through our others services.
