Make A Change – Free

If you’re setting out to make a change of any kind to your life, whether it be something external like your health and fitness,
something internal like becoming more assertive or a hybrid where you learn a new skill such as a foreign language or a musical instrument, our Make A Change program can keep you focussed, committed and motivated to complete your goal.

This 12 week video series will help you move from week to week and address any issues that may present themselves along the way, as well as giving you a chance to reflect on your progress throughout the plan and enjoy your successes of any amount.

By the end of the 12 week programme you will:-

– Have made progress towards your goal or reached it.
– Have become aware of your barriers when trying to make a change and what can be done to overcome them.
– Develop a strategy for making further changes in the future.
